Don’t Let Anyone Use You – Stay Away from Criminal Offers

Have you ever felt like you want to earn some extra money quickly? Sometimes it seems like someone is offering an easy way – delivering something, sending a photo, or doing a “small favor.”
But what’s really behind these offers?

Criminals know how to make their offers sound attractive, safe, and like a fast way to make money. But often, that’s just the surface. Underneath, there’s danger – and you might get pulled into illegal activities that could seriously harm your future.

🧐Some examples to watch out for:

🏋️ “Easy job – just deliver this package”

You’re promised good money for taking a suspicious package from point A to point B. They don’t tell you what’s inside – but it could be something illegal like drugs, weapons, or stolen items. If you get caught, you’re the one who’s held responsible, not the person who gave you the job.

📸 "Send a picture and get paid

Someone might offer you money for sending a picture of yourself in your underwear or naked. At first, it may seem like you’re in control – but later they can threaten you with those photos and pressure you into doing things you don’t want to do.

🚬 "Sell some stuff and earn money"

Young people are told that selling drugs is normal and that minors don’t get in serious trouble. But the truth is: you could get into trouble with the police or end up addicted yourself and face serious problems.

☝️Remember this:

  • The people offering you these “jobs” don’t care about you.

  • They just want to use you for their own gain. You could end up dealing with police, courts – or worse. You could also end up in dangerous situations.

  • Getting involved in crime usually starts small – like an innocent-looking message.

🛡️How to protect yourself:

If someone makes you a shady offer – like asking you to deliver a package for money or send a personal photo – stop and ask yourself: Why does this sound too easy? Talk to a trusted adult – a parent, teacher, youth worker, or someone at the children’s helpline.

If you’ve already done something like this and you’re scared of what might happen, don’t stay silent. You can still get help – the sooner you talk, the more we can do to support you.

If someone is threatening you or trying to make you do something you don’t want to – using fear, violence, or shame – it’s very important to tell someone. You are not alone. You can report crimes anonymously to the police or contact the children’s helpline, where we will listen and help you.
